Upload a file or use a sample, then pick substrate and size. This is how the work will sit on the booth wall — same Phoenix lab that fulfills your marketplace listings.

Best for

Wholesale when you need the work in hand.

You order a run of your own files at wholesale. We print and hand-check it in the same Phoenix lab that fulfills marketplace orders. When you’re ready to sell online too, those identical files list as print-on-demand.

Choose wholesale when

  • You have a booth, a gallery delivery, or inventory to hang.
  • You need multiples now — not after the first online sale.
  • You want wholesale economics on your own artwork.
  • You still want the same quality bar as marketplace fulfillment.

Choose POD when

  • You want listings live without pre-printing a run.
  • You’d rather we print only when a buyer pays.
  • You sell on Brakebee and connectors from one catalog.
  • You’ll use the same files here when the next show hits.

POD is the parallel tool, not a lesser product. See print-on-demand for artists if you want the work for sale without stocking it.

How it works

Stock the booth without babysitting a print shop.

Pick files from the catalog you already keep on Brakebee — or upload new ones. Choose quantities and substrates. Checkout in artist tools. We print, hand-check, and pack in Phoenix so the work is ready for the wall, not “close enough for a show.”

01

Upload or pick from your catalog

Use a new file or something already listed for print-on-demand. File prep for gallery-quality prints → No re-upload to switch paths. The preview on this page is the fastest check that the crop will sit right on the booth wall.

02

Choose quantities and substrates

Aluminum, canvas, framed, and the other finishes we already print for retail and marketplace. Same materials, wholesale economics on the run. Pick the finish you already hang — aluminum, canvas, or framed.

03

Checkout in artist tools

Wholesale self-order lives in Brakebee — hub page here, checkout there. Sign up if you’re new; log in if you’re already in. After checkout, the job is a Phoenix production run, not a third-party merch queue.

04

Hand-checked, show-ready

Printed and packed in Phoenix. Ready for the booth, the gallery, or the inventory shelf. The same floor that prints a single marketplace order prints your run. If you later want that image selling online, it can list as POD without a quality drop.

Why it works

Your files. Wholesale economics. Same quality bar.

Shows and galleries still need objects in the room. Wholesale is how you get them without standing up a second vendor. Marketplace POD is how the same files keep selling when you’re not at the booth.

Your files

Print what you already own. Upload, preview, and check out without starting a new catalog. The file that hangs in the booth can be the file that sells online next month.

Wholesale economics

Runs priced for artists who need multiples and margin. You’re not paying retail-of-one for a stack of 8×10s. Pricing-above-lab-cost still matters later if those files also list as POD.

Same quality bar

Hand-checked production in Phoenix — the same lab that prints marketplace and retail orders. Wholesale is not a “show grade” compromise. It’s the same check, in quantity.

One file, both paths

Move the same file between wholesale and print-on-demand without re-uploading. Neither is a lesser option. Need units now, order a run; want it for sale without stock, list it. Learn when to use POD vs wholesale.

Same lab · Same files

Selling online too?

Print-on-demand is the parallel tool, not a different shop. The identical files can live as marketplace listings. We only print when it sells — same hand-check, same Phoenix floor that just packed your run.

Questions artists ask

What working artists ask us.

Can I use the same file for wholesale and POD?

Yes. Upload once. Order a run for the show. List the same file as print-on-demand so it keeps selling when you’re not at the booth. No re-upload, no second quality standard.

Is a wholesale run the same quality as a marketplace order?

Same Phoenix lab. Same hand-check. Same substrates. Wholesale is quantity and timing. POD is “print when it sells.” Buyers should not be able to tell which door the file came through.

How fast can I get a run for a show?

Wholesale is a scheduled batch, not a mystery queue at a third-party merch plant. If you have a hard load-in date, say so when you order — the floor is here in Phoenix.

What if I also want to sell online?

That’s print-on-demand. Keep the files here, list them on the marketplace and connectors, and we print those orders when they sell. Read print-on-demand for artists — it’s the other half of the same system.
